Description
If You have a GM LS based truck engine (5.3,6.0,6.2) and the low rpm power steering performance is suffering. Also it is a pain having to install the pulley on the pump after the pump has been installed in the vehicle. No room to get a pulley installer in the tight space.
Solution
PSC now offers a 6″ diameter Overdrive Pulley for GM LS truck engine applications that replaces the stock larger diameter pulley. This small change in pulley diameter will improve low rpm steering performance in all conventional, full hydro or hydro assist steering systems. PSC also went a step further and made it a two piece pulley. This allows the pump to be installed with hub already in place on the pump and then the pulley simply bolts on to the hub. No more fighting a pulley installer after the pump is mounted in the vehicle.
This is a great addition to any of our P-Pump brackets.
