Shipping Information – General

All orders are processed for shipment within 2 business days.  We ship Monday-Friday from 8-3 CST. Orders placed before noon usually ship same day.  Our shipping times are located below.  We do not ship on weekends or holidays.  Please see our shipping holidays outlined below.

Domestic U.S Shipments

US shipments are sent via USPS, FedEx or UPS shipping based on your preferred selection during checkout.  The following shipping times are estimates for United States Shipments

Canada Shipments

We ship via USPS Flat rate to Canada.  Our average shipping time is list below.  Please note we provide an effort to mark our products at a reasonable value to help our Canadian customers avoid import duties, taxes.  We understand USPS is not the quickest to ship to Canada, rather the most efficient.   We do offer UPS shipping to Canada on certain occasions, please contact us if you are interested in getting a UPS quote.

Please note we observe these shipping holidays in accordance with USPS.  If you place an order during the weekend of any of these holiday(s) your shipment will be processed Next business days.

Returns

All product returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, exchanges will not be charged restocking fee unless they are damaged or missing parts. Returns are subject to inspection. Returned items must be in new condition. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please contact us prior to returning any products, at this time please inform us if the any coating or plating is damaged as well as if you are missing any hardware. All returned boxes must have the invoice number clearly marked on the outside of the box or a copy of the invoice inside. Any returns made without the necessary information to clearly identify the sender will be held for 15 days and then returned to stock.
